Weavers in the West is a cultural heritage project by Marcia Harvey Isaksson, developed as part of Slöjd Stockholm’s residency programme, Plats för det handgjorda (Space for the Hand-made), and presented within the dialogue exhibition Ongoing Africa at the Museum of Ethnography in Stockholm.

Key Visual
To capture the essence of the exhibition, the visual identity was directly inspired by the spatial installation and color palette of the venue. Minimalist vector graphics were developed to communicate core themes, printed in vibrant magenta and orange to harmonize with the exhibition space.

Brochure
A multi-functional publication created to document the project and its participants. Designed as an unbound poster-fold brochure, the inner pages detail the initiative from concept to execution, while the back opens into a full poster showcasing the collective works created during the residency.

Filmed from the early planning stages, providing raw documentation and engaging visual content for pre-launch and ongoing promotional campaign.
